How much does shipping cost?
Our goal is to provide you with a convenient shopping experience, so you can choose your shipping option during the checkout process. The pricing will be indicated at the checkout step.
You can also check the estimated shipping price to your desired location at any time while browsing by viewing your cart (you need to add at least one item to the cart first).
As a small business, we are unable to offer completely free shipping for every purchase yet. However, for most countries, we are happy to cover the delivery costs if you shop for more than a certain amount.
 
Denmark
Free shipping to parcel shops in Denmark on orders over 3999 DKK will be applied at checkout.
You also have the option to upgrade shipping to home delivery for an additional 19.00 DKK. Please note that this additional shipping fee is non-refundable for returned orders.
Standard delivery for orders under 3999 DKK in Denmark costs depend on your choice of home delivery (69.00 DKK) or delivery to the parcel pick-up point (49.00 DKK).
Delivery of orders outside Denmark will incur freight costs equal to the amount of the cost of sending packages. This also applies to Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The amount will be indicated at checkout.
 
Sweden, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland
Standard delivery for orders to these countries' costs depend on your choice of home delivery (79.00 DKK) or delivery to the parcel pick-up point (69.00 DKK).
 
Rest of Europe & UK
We ship to select EU countries, and the list is regularly updated. Please check if delivery is available to your country before placing an order.
Shipping prices to other countries will depend on the specific location and will be applied at checkout.

For orders shipped outside of the EU, including the UK, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price. Please note that refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned, and in such cases, shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

To countries outside the EU & UK we currently ship on request only. Please contact us for more information if you consider making a purchase from outside of EU & UK.
 
How Does Your Order Travel from Moto Lounge to You?
We use various delivery providers to ensure the best delivery time and price for your order.
 
Denmark & Sweden
Delivery of packages in Denmark and Sweden is mainly done by PostNord, sometimes GLS. The normal delivery time within is expected to be 1 - 5 business days. Longer delivery times apply to orders that include products delivered from supplier stock (this is usually indicated during the purchase process and will be visible to you when ordering). Longer delivery times may apply to special requests and orders.
We always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within the same or next day. When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an automatic email with a "Track and Trace" number so you can follow your package.
 
International Deliveries
Packages delivered outside of Denmark will be handled by GLS, PostDanmark/PostNord, or their partners. Shipping arrangements, including price and delivery method, will be confirmed before the order is finalized and dispatched. Delivery times vary by country and typically take 2-10 business days. Please note that shipments requiring customs clearance, such as those to the UK or Norway, may experience delays beyond our control due to the time packages are held in customs.

When Your Order Contains Items with Different Delivery Times
We ship orders only when all items are ready. Therefore, if your order includes items with local delivery (Moto Lounge stock) and longer delivery times (supplier stock), please note that your order will be shipped once all products are available.
If you need items from Moto Lounge stock to be shipped sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
